Supporting children with Autism and ADHD through a whole-child approach that nurtures physical wellbeing, emotional resilience, healthy development, and lifelong growth.

Autism and ADHD are often approached by focusing on behaviours and daily challenges. These approaches can provide meaningful support and improve quality of life for many children and families. We believe there is another important dimension to explore—the whole child.
Rather than focusing only on symptoms, we seek to understand the child’s unique nervous system, emotional wellbeing, learning patterns, strengths, environment, and individual needs. Our goal is to complement existing care with a personalized, whole-child approach that helps children develop, grow, and thrive.
No two children with autism or ADHD are exactly alike. One child may struggle with emotional regulation.. Another with communication. Another with sensory processing, sleep, anxiety, or focus. Yet many programs begin with the diagnosis.
We begin with the child to understand child’s unique strengths, challenges, and developmental needs before creating a holistic support plan.

OmniLifeShift uses a holistic, integrative framework designed to support children across multiple dimensions of well-being:
Emotional Regulation: Supporting calmer emotional responses and resilience in daily life.
Focus & Cognitive Support: Encouraging improved attention, engagement, and learning readiness.
Nervous System Balance: Creating supportive conditions for regulation, calmness, and stability.
Lifestyle & Environment: Looking at routines, sleep patterns, surroundings, and daily structure.
Family Guidance: Helping parents understand and support their child with clarity and confidence.
Is this the right fit for you?
This approach may be supportive if:

Every journey starts with understanding. We begin with a private consultation to explore your child’s needs and determine whether this approach is suitable for your family.

“I’m stupid, I can’t make you happy”
The Challenge
When Justin first came to us, his parents were deeply concerned because he learned more slowly than other children or because he was highly sensitive and talkative.
What broke their hearts was hearing their nine-year-old son say the same words again and again: “I’m stupid, I can’t make you happy.”
Looking Beyond the Behaviour
Many people focused on his learning difficulties alone. But Dr. Jasz looked deeper.
Using the Trigya™ Three-Pillar Approach, she explored Justin’s emotional world, the pressures he carried, his self-image, and the patterns influencing how he experienced himself
The Journey
As his emotional foundation strengthened and his family learned new ways to support him, Justin gradually became more confident and less self-critical.
Instead of defining himself by what he found difficult, he began recognising his own strengths and approaching learning with greater confidence.
For his parents, the biggest transformation wasn’t only in his behaviour.
It was hearing their son speak about himself with kindness instead of shame.
“A child’s first relationship is the one they have with themselves. Protect it.”

The Child Everyone Called “Aggressive”
The Challenge
Kevin was bright, a quick learner. He was curious, energetic, and intelligent. But his emotions often overwhelmed him because of his overactive mind which won’t shut down anytime.
At school, he grabbed another child by the collar during an argument. His teachers called his parents. Similar incidents happened again at daycare. His parents feared that if the behaviour continued, he would be labelled before anyone truly understood him.
Looking Beyond the Behaviour
Instead of asking, “How do we stop Kevin’s behaviour?” Dr. Jasz asked, “What is driving it?” Through the Trigya™ framework, Kevin’s emotional triggers, daily experiences, and patterns of overwhelm were explored alongside the support systems around him. The goal was not to suppress his personality. It was to help him develop healthier ways to regulate his emotions and respond to frustration.
The Journey
Over time, Kevin became calmer, more emotionally stable, and better able to navigate challenging situations. His parents saw a child who was beginning to express himself with greater confidence and self-control, while still retaining the curiosity and intelligence that had always been part of who he was. For his family, the greatest relief was knowing their son was no longer being defined only by his difficult moments.
“Children don’t always have the words to explain their inner world. Sometimes their behaviour speaks first.”

The Drawing Everyone Misunderstood.
“Everyone Is Going to Die.”
Joshua’s parents had made a conscious decision. They didn’t want their son to be defined by a diagnosis if there was another path to understanding him. They believed there had to be more than simply putting a label on his behaviour.
One day at school, Joshua drew an angel with blood running through the picture. His teacher was alarmed. When she asked why he had drawn it that way, Joshua quietly replied,
“Because everyone has to die.”
He often repeated similar statements in class. Naturally, everyone became concerned. But while others focused on what Joshua had said…
Dr. Jasz wanted to understand why he was saying it- looking Beyond What Everyone Else Saw
Most people heard disturbing words. Dr. Jasz listened for the emotions behind them. Rather than treating Joshua as a child with behavioural problems, she spent time understanding how he processed the world, what he was thinking, what he was feeling, and the fears that were silently shaping his behaviour. Using the Trigya™ Three-Pillar Approach, she uncovered the deeper emotional patterns influencing Joshua’s thoughts.
The drawing was never the real problem. It was simply the way his inner world was trying to communicate.
A Different Direction
As Joshua received the right emotional support and his parents learned how to better understand his inner world, those frightening thoughts gradually lost their grip. Instead of becoming trapped in fear, Joshua became more emotionally settled and better able to express what he was feeling in healthy ways. For his parents, the greatest transformation wasn’t just a change in behaviour. It was finally understanding the child behind the behaviour. Because every child deserves someone who asks,
“What is this child trying to tell us?” instead of only asking, “How do we stop this behaviour?”
“Children don’t always have the words to explain their inner world. Sometimes their behaviour speaks first.”

Looking Beyond What School Reports Couldn’t Measure
Every Child Learns Differently
Coby was one of the kindest children you could meet.
Gentle. Caring. Compassionate. He loved helping others.
Yet at school, he constantly compared himself with children who learned more quickly. Learning came more slowly for him, and over time he began losing confidence in himself. He also found it difficult to make friends and often held himself back because of fear and self-doubt. His mother believed there was more to her son than academic performance. She chose to combine the support he was already receiving with a holistic approach because she wanted someone to see the whole child—not just his learning challenges.
Looking Beyond Academic Performance
Dr. Jasz never saw Coby as “slow.”
She saw a child whose confidence had become smaller than his potential. Through the Trigya™ Three-Pillar Approach, she worked to strengthen not only his learning environment but also his emotional resilience, self-belief, and inner confidence. Because intelligence is only one part of a child’s life. Confidence determines whether that intelligence has the opportunity to grow.
Discovering the Child Behind the Fear
As Coby became more confident, he gradually stepped beyond the fears that had been limiting him. He became more comfortable building friendships, expressing himself, and believing in his own abilities. His mother watched him become more independent, more engaged, and more willing to participate in the world around him.
The greatest success wasn’t that Coby became someone different. It was that he finally had the confidence to become more of who he already was. Because every child deserves to be known for their strengths—not defined only by the challenges others see first.
“Confidence grows when a child is seen for who they are—not only for what they struggle with.”
